If you are unhappy with your purchase and are looking to receive a refund, we will accept the return of an unused and resell-able product within 14 days of your original purchase.

Once we have received the item we will provide a full refund (excluding shipping). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. (Oakenclough Buildings Ltd) will not issue refunds for any product purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners working on our behalf.

Returned items must be delivered back to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s), so please ensure you bring this with you.

We aim to accept all returns, However in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on receipt.

Naturally, where items have been custom made to your requirements (in cases such as our bespoke buildings range) we are unable to process refunds with all sales being final.

In the event that you need to return an item / items that was delivered by us and you are unable to return the item back to us in person, we are able to collect the item / items for a charge. Please contact us to confirm this based on your location.
