DELIVERY POLICY

For customers who are unable to collect their orders in person, or for whom items are too large to transport in their personal vehicles, we offer a fast and convenient delivery service across the north of England.

With premises located on both the east and west coast, we are able to supply a wide catchment area of customers seeking the finest quality craftsmanship and service.

Typically we do not utilise external postage or currier services, preferring instead to deliver direct to our customers using our own delivery trucks and our own drivers. Over the years we have found that this provides us with the ability to ensure our packages arrive safely, provides greater flexibility, and ensures customers receive the best possible service from drivers who genuinely care about their orders.

To purchase items through our website, simply visit our online store, browse our wide selection of products and click to purchase your desired item / items.

For your convenience, we have preloaded all of the postcode areas we deliver to into our online checkout process so that all you need to do is simply enter your address when prompted, and the system will automatically tell you whether yours is an address to which we can deliver. Easy!

Our delivery zones are assigned price bands based on milage. Naturally our delivery prices increase in alignment with the time and distance required to travel to your destination. Delivery starts at £25 for local areas.

Once your order has been received, a member of our team will follow up with you to discuss our current delivery schedule and to arrange a convenient date for your delivery.

For local deliveries we generally advise a standard 1 – 3 days turnaround, although the possibility of next day delivery is not uncommon. We ask customers to appreciate however that a number of factors outside of our control may influence this estimate. Should there be cause for any delay, (Certain products not being available from a supplier for instance) then a member of our team will contact you at the earliest opportunity to advise you of the situation and discuss how you would like to proceed. Typically in this scenario customers are happy to wait for items, however should you require the item sooner than our given estimate, we will be more than happy to provide a refund (in accordance with our refund policy.)

With regards to larger bespoke orders (such as buildings, structures, furniture e.t.c) delivery times will be provided on an individual basis based on the complexity of your design selections as well as our current manufacturing calendar.

An estimated date of delivery will be provided prior to you making your final decision. This will serve as a marker that will allow you to begin making all necessary preparations for your bespoke timber product, such as ensuring a suitable base is in place prior to delivery and installation.

Over the many years that we have been in business we have become rather proficient at making these manufacturing estimates, so it is not necessary for customers to contact us to keep reaffirming this date. Should there be an opportunity to deliver a building earlier than anticipated we will contact you to provide this update, and also should there be any cause for a delay to this estimate we will make you aware of this also.

Lastly, customers looking for building designs who live further afield should always contact our team to discuss their requirements. While the North of England receives the majority of our designs, we have delivered bespoke structures and timber products across the entire UK. Having exhibited successfully at Chelsea Flower Show for a number of years, we are always willing to listen to your project and will be more than happy to advise you.

If you have any other questions that you feel are not answered above, please do not hesitate to contact a member of our team.

Thank you.
