Base Building Cost
Our buildings are manufactured using 75mm x 50mm framework to floor, walls and roof. Complete with 22mm nominal tongue and groove floor and 16mm tongue and groove boarded apex or pent roof in 38kg/sqm felt and 6ft 6in eaves height. Price includes standard shed door fitted with steel hinges and steel padbolt.

Delivery + Installation Cost
Wall tied trusses are lower and are suitable for smaller buildings. Wall supported trusses are used for higher clearance in larger buildings, or where verandahs are constructed.

Roofing Cost
Sloped roofs can be covered in fibreglass reinforced felt shingles, tanalised roof slats or cedar shingles to increase building durability and enhance its appearance.

Trent Window Range
Double glazed doors are 45mm x 94mm thick with 25mm x 12mm rebate and 14mm glass panels. All come draught sealed and fitted with brass handles, brass hinges and mortice lock. All windows use toughened glass as standard. Requires 7ft eaves height.
