Prima 400cm+ Octagonal Series

This part of the Prima 3=1 programme contains the larger garden houses. The roofs of all houses in this series are delivered as a building kit, meaning separate rafters, roof beams and shingles. The building can be thatched locally.

All models are delivered inclusive of glass, pressure-impregnated foundation beams, chrome metalwork (unless indicated different), metal cap and aluminium weather vane or weather witch or a brass or chrome plated ball.

A wooden floor is optional. The standard colour of the shingles is green, if you would like another colour, please mention this on your order.

Prima Grand Four

Lugarde Prima Grand Four Summerhouse 13ft diameter (400cm x 400cm).

The Prima Grand Four is delivered, as standard, with two casement windows PE23 (opening outwards) and a double door PE24. Double glazed doors and windows are also an option.

Prima Grand Five

The Grand Five is pictured with 2 casement windows PE27 (opening outwards) and a double door PE28 (all windows and door are also available with double glazing and double frame cross-bars both inside and out).

Prima Royal Garden

Lugarde Prima Royal Garden summerhouse 13ft Diameter (400cm x 400cm).

Standard design with 2 casement windows PE40 (opening outwards), a double door PE41 and decorative moulding under the roof. Windows and doors are delivered as standard with safety glass 4 mm thick. Windows and doors can also be delivered with double glazing, with double frame cross-bars both inside and out or with colour-glazed upper part (not double-glazed) as show on the photo.

The attractive skylight on the roof and also the large casement windows and double door make this summerhouse the perfect finishing touch to your garden. This building is particularly suitable for a garden office with the additional options of double glazing and insulation. Please contact us should this be required.
