The roofs of all houses in this series are delivered as a building kit, meaning separate rafters, roof beams and shingles. The building can be thatched locally.

All models are delivered inclusive of glass, pressure-impregnated foundation beams, chrome metalwork (unless indicated different), metal cap and aluminium weather vane or weather witch or a brass or chrome plated ball.

A wooden floor is optional. The standard colour of the shingles is green, if you would like another colour, please mention this on your order.
