All the houses in this series come with eight ready to use elements, both for thatched roofs and for shingled roofs. It is not possible to choose doors or windows which have a width more than 77 cm.
All models are delivered inclusive of glass, pressure-impregnated foundation beams, chrome metalwork (unless indicated different), metal cap and aluminium weather vane or weather witch or a brass or chrome plated ball.

A wooden floor is optional. The standard colour of the shingles is green, if you would like another colour, please mention this on your order.
