Lugarde Buildings

Lugarde designs and creates summer houses and log cabins in a wide variety of models and sizes, offering lots of space for our customers to meet their own specific demands.

First class Northern European pine is the foundation of all Lugarde summer houses and log cabins. Lugarde guarantee that they will choose only the highest quality materials in the manufacture of their buildings.

All summer houses are delivered with pressure-impregnated foundation beams. For buildings with a wall thickness of 28mm, the wall elements are placed on pressure-impregnated foundation beams of 44 x 70mm. Buildings with a wall thickness of 44mm, are placed on 70 x 70mm. On all Lugarde buildings the floor is additional option.

The roof on the summer houses in the octagonal range up to 300cm, the roof is made up of 8 ready to use elements, both for thatched and for shingled roof. The standard colour of the shingles is always green, if you would like another colour (red, black, brown or blue) please indicate at time of order.

All Lugarde summer houses and log cabins come as a standard package as shown, if you require different windows and doors or you would like to change the position, please let us know your exact requirements so we can advise on additional costs.
